We are a small, veteran owned and operated farm in Mooresburg, Tennessee dedicated to special needs animals and fostering for local rescue organizations.
While at Country Honk Farm, animals are properly fed, exercised, administered necessary medications and kept safe from predators. Dogs are taught basic commands, obedience and on-leash training in order to help make them more adoptable. All fosters receive equal attention, kindness, love and affection here at the farm. We welcome special needs animals and are experienced with Megaesophagus.
Located in the breath-taking Clinch Mountains, we are just an hour or two away from the Smokies, Knoxville, Pigeon Forge/Sevierville/Gatlinburg, Cumberland Gap, Asheville NC, Kentucky, and Virginia; and only 3 hours from Nashville.
One little fun fact about Country Honk Farm is, we are such huge fans of the Rolling Stones that every part of our 8.45 acres is Rolling Stones-themed. So, if you love animals, and rock-n-roll, you’ll love Country Honk! You can walk our Moonlight Mile meadow, picnic in Ronnie’s Woods, and visit the Shine-A-Light Pet Cemetery (and don’t forget to put roses on our graves).
